Rule 33-205-1.4 - Fees Doubled

Where work or occupancy for which a permit is required by this Regulation is started or proceeded prior to obtaining said permit, the fees specified shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any person from complying fully with the requirements of this Regulation in the execution of the work or from any other penalties prescribed by regulation or in the policies of the District.
