Rule 33-2-2.4.1

In accordance with the Act, the Board will provide for public comment and review and may take into consideration any comments prior to adoption of the annual Intended Use Plan, including the Priority List and the Priority System. After adoption by the Board, modification to these documents may be adopted by the Board as provided for in the Intended Use Plan without further public comment and review.
