Rule 31-2-5.1 - Policy

1. The prosecutor and court are required to report all charging and dispositional information or any case action to CIC and are required to submit all dispositions to CIC for entry into the Mississippi Criminal History System.

2. A white Disposition Sheet is attached to the arrest/fingerprint card. The arresting agency is required to submit the fingerprint card to the CIC and the Disposition Sheet to the prosecutor. Upon conclusion of a case, the prosecutor completes the Disposition Sheet and forwards it to the Clerk of the Court along with the sentencing order. Upon final disposition, the Clerk or the Prosecutor must return the Disposition Sheet to CIC.
