An applicant for re-examination must meet criteria as outlined in Part 2810, Chapter 1, Rule 1.8 or Rule 1.9, submit a board-approved application, and pay a required nonrefundable fee by the deadline date established by the board. Applicants for reexamination shall be eligible to qualify for licensure by examination provided applicants pass the examination within six (6) attempts and within two (2) years of graduation.
