The following fees are set by the Commission in accordance with Section 73-35-17:

| B. Application for license as a real estate broker issued for partnership, association, or corporation and one year's use of license: | |

| C. Renewal fees for two-year period (Maximum): | |
| (1) Broker (individual)..................................................... | $150.00 |
| (2) Broker (partnership, association, corporation).......................................... | $150.00 |
| (3) Salesperson......................................... | $120.00 |
| (4) Branch Office........................................... | $100.00 |
| Penalty for late renewal within grace period - 100% | |
