This chapter consists of model rules for oral proceedings held to provide the public an opportunity to comment on submissions made under the Administrative Procedures Act and the Rules in this Title. The Secretary of States Office is required to provide these model rules under Miss. Code Ann. § 25-43-2.105. Agencies are not required to adopt these model rules.
