All Commissioners, officers and employees have a responsibility to ensure that this policy is followed. Concerns and potential violations should be reported to the designated authorities pursuant to the MSPA Whistleblower Policy as further detailed in Chapter 6 of the MSPA Operations and Procedures Manual. Any Commissioner, officer or employee may raise, in good faith, concerns that one of his or her fellow co-workers is in violation of any provision of the MSPA Code of Ethics without fear of retaliation by his or her supervisor or any other Commissioner, officer or employee of MSPA.
