Section 28-1-03-310 - HARBOR FEES

(1) Ocean going vessels shall be assessed a Harbor Fee of $371.00 for each call while docked at Port facilities.

(2) Non-cargo vessels and barges shall be assessed a Harbor Fee of $64.00 per port call.
