Section 28-1-02-100 - ADMINISTRATION

The administration of the Port Authority, including, but not limited to, this Schedule of Charges, Rules and Regulations for Port Terminal Services is under the direction of an Executive Director, who is appointed by the Mississippi State Port Authority at Gulfport and who shall have broad discretionary authority to, from time to time, adjust or modify rates or other charges in such a manner that he or she determines is necessary to advance or otherwise facilitate the business of the Port Authority.
