These policies shall govern the Special Compensation Plan for classifications within the State of Mississippi Information Technology Career Path Chart (Attachment 2) with implementation and utilization subject to the Variable Compensation Plan. This plan is also open to those state agencies not under the purview of the Mississippi State Personnel Board, which voluntarily operate under limited provisions of the Mississippi State Personnel Board.
