An act on the part of the majority at which a quorum is present shall be the act of the Board unless statute requires action by a greater number. The method of voting shall be by voice vote unless any one member of the Board requests a roll call vote. Votes taken during any meeting conducted through teleconference or video means shall be in compliance with the Open Meetings Act and other applicable statutes.
