Rule 27-140-2.7 - Election of Officers

The Board shall select from its membership the Chair and Vice Chair and any other officer deemed necessary by the Board during the Board's regular meeting in the month of June. The Chairmanship and Vice-Chair will rotate according to seniority. The term of office of said officers shall be two years and shall begin July 1st and end on June 30th. The Chair and/or Vice-Chair may opt out of the two year term. If the Chair opts out of the two year term, then the Vice-Chair will replace the Chair to begin a new two year term as Chair. An election will be held for a new Vice-Chair in accordance with the seniority rules. If the Vice-Chair opts out of the two-year term, then an election will be held for a new Vice-Chair in accordance with the seniority rules. The Executive Director shall serve as the Executive Secretary to the Board.
