To accomplish the Department of Mental Health's mission of developing a consistent, accessible, comprehensive service and support system for individuals with mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse problems, Alzheimer's disease and other dementia, and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities, the Department has established minimum standards that must be met by community programs receiving funding.
