A. These payments are defined as follows:
1. Payments
from Ricky Ray Hemophilia Relief Fund and Susan Walker v. Bayer Corporation, et
al, settlement fund.
B. These payments are treated as follows:
1.
These payments are excluded from income and resources.
2. The interest earned on retained funds is
excluded from income effective July 2004.
