A. These payments are defined as follows:
1. Payments made in
connection with the Agent Orange Product Liability Litigation settlement
fund.
B. These payments are treated as follows:
1. Payments from Agent
Orange settlement fund or any other fund established pursuant to the settlement
in the Agent Orange liability litigation are excluded from both income and
resources.
2. Effective July 2004,
interest earned by conserved Agent Orange settlement payments is excluded
income.
