Any violation of the rules and regulations of the CMR or violations of Mississippi Code Sections 49-15-1 through 49-15-321, 49-27-1 through 49-27-71, 59-21-111, or other statutes within the jurisdiction of the CMR may result in the imposition of administrative penalties not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for each violation.
