Chapter 06 - Molluscan Shellfish Handling and/or Processing Facilities

The DMR shall manage the State of Mississippi's molluscan shellfish sanitation program according to the relevant specifications stated in the current NSSP Model Ordinance Guidelines/ISSC, and according to Commission Title and Parts that are not in conflict with these specifications and according to the applicable statutes of the State of Mississippi.
