All practices installed must be maintained in good condition for the time specified in the list of eligible practices. The application form contains a maintenance agreement statement signed by the applicant. If found to be in noncompliance with the maintenance agreement, the recipient of cost share payment may be required to refund all or part of the cost share payment received based on the following table:
