Requirements for the Performance of Professional Services
Section 2-1-3-11-01-102.02

A Company License authorizes the entity holding it to solicit and perform services in the category for which it is issued. Services must be performed by bona fide employees of the Company License holder as authorized in these regulations. The Company License holder shall be the primary party responsible for services performed under these regulations and shall be subject to enforcement activities by the Bureau.
