Requirements for the Performance of Professional Services
Section 2-1-3-11-01-102.01

No Person shall own or operate a business engaged in the professional services outlined in this chapter without first securing a Company License from the Bureau in accordance with these regulations. The application for a Company License must be made on a form furnished by the Bureau and include all required information prior to the application being processed. Applicants for a Company License must provide a company name which will be approved based on the guidelines found in subsection 103 of this chapter.
