Labeling of Pesticides It shall be illegal to store or transport any pesticide chemicals, except those in application devices, unless the containers for such chemicals are labeled to show:

1. The name, address, and telephone number of the user's firm;

2. The product name

3. The Environmental Protection Agency registration number of the pesticide;

4. Name and percentage of active ingredients; and

5. Signal word from the registered label.
