Registration of pesticides or pesticide products shall be on a calendar year basis and all registrations shall expire on December 31 of each year. Renewal of registration shall be made during each December and any previously registered pesticide or pesticide product, which has not been reregistered by December 31, shall be considered as unregistered and subject to the penalties prescribed by the Act.
