Rule 18-25-3.6 - Supervisory Review

Review of cases by supervisors shall take place at significant junctures in the progress of cases. In all cases the review and approval of the supervisor shall be noted in the case file.
Key junctures requiring supervisory review, approval and documentation are:
1. Initial intake and case assignment,
2. Development of investigation plan,
3. Determination of findings,
4. Service provision planning,
5. If legal action is considered,
6. If escalated action is considered, and
7. Case closure.
