This is the PY2022 Mississippi Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) State Plan. The effective dates for PY2022 BIL WAP are July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027. The Mississippi Department of Human Services, Division of Community Services is the State administrative authority for the BIL Weatherization Assistance Program. A network of Six (6) community action agencies delivers energy efficiency solutions for every county. Since the inception, WAP has reduced energy costs for thousands of Mississippi's households. The primary purpose of this program is energy efficiency.
