A. Standard Care
B. Non-Traditional Care - Child care providers have the option to provide child care services during standard or non-traditional hours. Non-traditional hours include week night care and supervision of children for less than 24 hours per day within the twelve hours between 6:00 p.m. and 5:59 a.m., or weekend care and supervision of children between 6:00 p.m. Friday and 5:59 a.m. Monday. To provide non-traditional child care the provider must ensure that doing so will not cause the child care provider to exceed MSDH maximum capacity for that facility by obtaining approval from MSDH.
Additionally, the child care provider must:
