Rule 16-160.3.9 - Suspension of Access

In the event a user violates Library Commission policy, access may be suspended by the Library Commission for a period of time, not to exceed six (6) months, after receiving written warning and an opportunity to reply. If, after such a suspension, policies continue to be violated, service may again be suspended. Any suspended individual may request a reconsideration of the action taken by the Library Commission in accordance with Reconsideration Hearings procedures."
