Rule 15-5-85-1.9.3 - Acceptability of certificates for filing

The State Registrar, or designated representative, shall examine each certificate or report received. No certificate or report shall be determined to be complete and correct that does not supply all of the items of information specified, or satisfactorily account for their omission. Incomplete or unsatisfactory certificates or reports may be returned for replacement or further information may be requested to make the certificate or report complete and satisfactory.
