Of the funds in this section, a minimum of Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) is to be distributed to Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi for the purpose of conducting additional forensic interviews. Additionally, funds in this section, up to Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) may be used by the department for administration of these funds.
