Subchapter 3 - PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Rule 15-20-72-5.3.20.4 - Final Determination Letter following Appeal

Should an appeal be submitted in accordance with Rule 5.3.20.3 above, the disputes procedures established in Subchapter 7 of these regulations will be followed in order to resolve the dispute and establish the final allowable costs. Upon resolution of a dispute of the final determination, the Department will transmit to the Grant recipient a revised final determination letter.
