Rule 15-20-72-1.5.4 - Records Kept by States

Records of currently applicable or most recent tests, measurements, analyses, decisions, and determinations performed on each public water system, including all supporting information and an explanation of the technical basis of each decision to determine compliance with applicable provisions of the Mississippi Primary Drinking Water Regulations will be maintained in accordance with the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations as published under Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations Section 142.14.
