Rule 13-2-6.11 - Delayed Licensing Approval Not Transferable

Delayed licensing approval shall be personal to the limited partner granted delayed licensing. A limited partner's interest that is held under delayed licensing may not be transferred, assigned, encumbered or hypothecated in any manner without the prior approval of the Commission, upon recommendation of the Executive Director.
