Rule 13-10-2.4 - Expiration of License/Reissuance

(a) All licenses issued pursuant to these rules expire three (3) years from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted by the Commission.

(b) All applications for new licenses must be submitted to the Commission on forms prescribed by the Commission, all fees must be paid and the new license must be issued by the Commission before any bingo activity can be conducted or any work can be performed.

(c) Upon application for a renewal license, agents will be provided with records of the charitable organization, including but not limited to: checking account statements, cancelled checks, minutes, payroll information and lists of assets. Failure to satisfy all license criteria contained in the Charitable Bingo Law and these rules may result in denial of a license.
