Chapter 9 - SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT

Regardless of the value of the contract, any contract which the Agency declares a sole source shall follow the rules and regulations herein. Sole source procurement is available in only two circumstances:
(1) when there is a single personal or professional service which will meet the Agency's need and a single vendor in the marketplace which provides the required service and
(2) when a Court has ordered that an Agency contract with a specific vendor to provide a personal or professional service.
