Section 12-9-14.10 - Notice of Contract Award, Renewal, or Amendment

For each new contract and every time a contract is modified, the Agency shall publish on the Agency website and the Transparency website an analysis describing why the personal or professional services contract was awarded, renewed, or amended. The published document shall include a summary of the award, which shall include but is not limited to, the nature, duration and amount of the contract, the name of the contractor, and a statement that the contract is on file at the Agency and available for public inspection.
