All interested Bidders may contact the appropriate party indicated in the Advertisement for Bids in order to receive a copy of the Bid Documents. Any charge or deposit for obtaining these Documents will also be indicated in the Advertisement. The Documents will include all necessary instructions regarding the submission of a bid Proposal.
