The Professional will prepare and provide for the Bureau visual studies related to the concepts listed in the paragraph above including, but not limited to:

* Massing studies in model and/or diagrammatic form * Sketches of design concept showing elevations/exterior appearances * Other sketches or visual studies necessary for evaluation of alternative concepts |
