3.1 TIME
3.1.1 The work to be performed under this
Contract shall be commenced upon the date stated in the Notice to
Proceed. The work is to be substantially complete, subject to approved
Change Orders, no later than _________ calendar days from the date stated in
the Notice to Proceed.
