For a period of thirty (30) days following the publication of the preliminary determinations on BEAM's website, BEAM shall accept comments or objections concerning the preliminary determinations. Said comments or objections should be submitted in writing to BEAM (email is acceptable) and must be received by BEAM within this thirty-day period.
