Rule 11-3-1.13 - Standards for the Management of Specific Hazardous Wastes and Specific Types of Hazardous Waste Management Facilities

Provisions of 40 CFR 63 Subpart EEE as referenced in 40 CFR 266.100 and 266.506(b)(3) have been adopted into the Mississippi Commission on Environmental Quality, Air Emission Regulations for the Prevention, Abatement, and Control of Air Contaminants, which is codified at 11 Mississippi Administrative Code Part 2, Chapter 1, Rule 1.8(A), as amended. The import/export provisions in 40 CFR 266 are non-delegable and will be implemented by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
