Rule 11-2-3.1 - General Authority

Pursuant to the authority granted by Section 49-17-17, Mississippi Code of 1972, Recompiled, the following regulations are adopted to prevent the excessive buildup of air pollutants during air pollution episodes, thereby preventing the occurrence of an emergency due to the effects of these pollutants on the health of persons.
