The Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning shall designate one (1) member of its staff to serve as Director of the Postsecondary Board, to administer the provisions of the financial assistance programs established in accordance with the Postsecondary Education Financial Assistance Law of 1975. The Director shall be assigned by the Agency sufficient staff, professional and clerical, funds and quarters to administer this program. The staff and Director shall be organized under the Mississippi Office of Student Financial Aid, hereafter referred to as the Office.
