Rule 10-501-4.4 - ADDITIONAL STANDARDS FOR PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Additional privacy and confidentiality safeguards shall include only releasing information generated from the data transferred from individual state agencies and state entities to the third-party contractor in tabular form via the online reporting portal (www.lifetracks.ms.gov) and applying appropriate data suppression techniques when cell sizes fail to meet minimum SLDS Governing Board defined reporting requirements.
The minimum allowable cell size or subgroup contained in any reports shall be not less than ten (10); any cell size or subgroup with a number smaller than ten (10) shall be suppressed.
