7037 - PETROLEUM CONTAMINATED SOIL MANAGEMENT
7037.0200 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE.
In accordance with the authority granted in Minnesota Statutes, section 116.07, subdivision 4, the purpose of this chapter is to provide for the protection of the public health and the environment by establishing minimum standards for the management and treatment of petroleum contaminated soil removed from locations where a release of petroleum occurs.Statutory Authority:
