Subpart 1. Badges.
A. The commission shall
issue an identification badge to each Class C licensee.
B. The licensee must wear the badge on outer
apparel at all times the licensee is within any restricted area unless the
activity for which the licensee is licensed renders wearing of the badge on
outer apparel unsafe or creates a substantial risk of loss, destruction, or
mutilation of the badge, in which case the badge shall be in possession of the
licensee.
C. No licensee shall
permit any other person to use the licensee's badge for identification,
entrance to the racetrack, or for any other purpose on or off the racetrack
grounds.
Subp. 2. Temporary pass.
The association may issue a temporary pass for an individual whose work is located in the stable area. The temporary pass is valid for a limited time not to exceed three consecutive days in duration. Before issuing a temporary pass, the association must verify the identity of the recipient and the need for the pass. Within 72 hours, the association must provide the commission with the name of an individual issued a temporary pass.
