Part 7503.0700 - ALCOHOL- AND CONTROLLED-SUBSTANCE-RELATED REVOCATION

Subpart 1. Following conviction.

The commissioner shall revoke the driver's license or the nonresident driving privilege of any person convicted under current or former Minnesota Statutes, section 169.121, 169.129, 169A.20, or 609.21.

Subp. 2. Following test for intoxication or refusal to take test.

The commissioner shall revoke the driver's license or the nonresident driving privilege of any person who violates current or former Minnesota Statutes, section 169.123 or 169A.51.

Subp. 3. Following conviction reported by another state.

The commissioner shall revoke the driver's license or the nonresident driving privilege of any person convicted under a statute from another state in conformity with current or former Minnesota Statutes, section 169.121, 169.129, 169A.20, or 609.21.
