Part 7450.0800 - INSPECTION, REMOVAL, AND CORRECTION

Subpart 1. Inspection.
Annual inspections of securement devices must be performed in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 299A.14.
Subp. 2. Removal, correction.
The commissioner shall order the removal or correction of a securement device upon determining that the device, without regard to date of installation:
A. is not capable of
sustaining loads imposed on it in restraining an occupied wheelchair;
B. permits excessive movement of an occupied
wheelchair; or
C. does not meet the
requirements of parts
7450.0100 to
7450.0800.
