Chapter 7315 - INDEPENDENT REVIEWS
Part 7315.1700 - INTERVENTION

Universal Citation: MN Rules 7315.1700

The commissioner must allow a person to intervene in an independent review proceeding if:

A. the person files a request with the commissioner before a hearing under part 7315.2100 begins; and

B. the commissioner determines that the persons legal rights, duties, or privileges will be directly determined in the proceeding.
