Subpart 1. Renewal requirements.

Every two years, when the licensee applies for renewal of the license, the licensee must complete and submit an affidavit of continuing education compliance showing that the licensee has completed a minimum of 40 approved continuing education hours since the last renewal. The licensee's renewal application shall be deemed incomplete and void upon failure to submit the affidavit when required.

Subp. 2. Record retention.

All licensees shall retain original documentation of attendance and completion of continuing education hours for a period of eight years after the renewal date.
