Chapter 9400 - WATER TREATMENT CERTIFICATION
Part 9400.0600 - RECLASSIFYING SYSTEMS OR FACILITIES

Subpart 1. Reclassification.
When the accumulated point value necessitates a change in the classification of a system or facility, the commissioner of health shall modify the classification of a system or the commissioner of the pollution control agency shall modify the classification of a facility according to parts 9400.0400 and 9400.0500.
Subp. 2. Implementation.
Reclassification must be made:
A. after completion of a system sanitary
survey by the commissioner of health; or
B. at the time of issuance or reissuance of a
facility permit by the commissioner of the pollution control agency.
