Chapter 7045 - HAZARDOUS WASTE
STANDARDS APPLICABLE TO GENERATORS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE
Part 7045.0245 - LICENSE APPROVAL AND ISSUANCE

Subpart 1. Review and approval.
The commissioner shall conduct a review of the license application and shall:
A. approve the
hazardous waste generator license application;
B. require the submission of additional
information or management plans or both to make the license application
complete and approvable;
C. require
changes in the management of the hazardous waste or wastes to make the license
application approvable; or
D. deny
the license.
Subp. 2. License issuance.
The commissioner will issue a hazardous waste generator license upon approval of the application under subpart 1 and payment in full of generator fees required under chapter 7046.
